I’m a top NBA G-League, Basketball Africa, & NCAA basketball referee, running alongside some of the world top talent. Already considered an anomaly in a male-dominated industry, I work the court just like I do life — with class, poise, and an affinity for bringing the best out of individuals and teams. Naturally, I lead my clients with the same no-nonsense approach.

As a poised problem solver with real-world experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, I thrive in helping individuals face the unique challenges of working in top-level professions such as intense corporate settings, results-driven sports and entertainment spaces, or navigating the ebbs and flows of entrepreneurship.
